Boston's semi-annual city-wide cleanup, Boston Shines, takes place this weekend. While Eight Streets doesn't not organize a neighborhood-wide cleanup, individuals are free to clean up their local area, or organize a street-wide cleanup.Please let me know if you will be taking part in Boston Shines - I'll forward the information to the city, to ensure they have enough rakes, brooms and trash bags available at the BCA Plaza for your use.
If you do clean up, please place bags of trash on a street corner by Noon. They need to be visible do DPW can see them during their afternoon special pick-up.
