A note about upcoming filiming and parking restrictions near Eight Streets
Dear Resident:
ABC Studios and FTP Productions, LLC are in production of a television pilot currently titled, “See Kate Run.” The show is a mix of political and legal drama, which follows a young prosecuting attorney, who will one day be a serious contender for the presidency of the United States. We are working in cooperation with the Massachusetts Film Office and the City of Boston.
On April 2,3,4 2009 we are scheduled to film at 16 Union Park and 315 Shawmut (Joe V’s) . On those dates our hours of filming will vary.
on 4/2 approx. hours 7am to 10pm
on 4/3 approx. hours 3pm to 2am
on 4/4 approx. hours 3pm to 7am
In order to facilitate our production, we will be parking some of our production trucks on the street. Our parking plan will be as follows.
16 Union Park 3/28,29,30 / 4/2 4 spaces in front
4 Union Park 4/3 4 spaces in front
2 spaces betwn. The 2nd and third pole on the East side
Both corners of Union and Shawmut on the north side Fr. 3/28 To 4/5
“No Parking” signs will be posted on these streets in accordance with the City of Boston. During the hours of filming, we will have police detail officers on site to help ensure public safety and maintain traffic flow. We will also be offering parking vouchers for the garage at 100 Clarendon St. on a limited basis. Which will be available from Nathan on site or Hub security.
There will be lights on the exterior of the exterior of the buildings. We are happy to offer to anyone who is troubled by this some black cloth to cover your windows.
